Here at Salt, we want you to be completely in love with your swimwear! If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return/exchange your order, we offer full refunds and exchanges for the item(s) provided that...
- The item/s myst be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all the original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
NOTE: Please get in touch with us if you are wanting to exchange an item. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting will be in stock. We need to know what you are wanting so we can put it aside for you.
In order for us to process your return/exchange we require the garment to be returned in its original condition, i.e:
- Tags attached
- Hygiene sticker attached
- Salt branded ziplock bag included in return
Please note: Returns/exchanges that do not comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful with trying on your item. The conditions do not apply to faulty products.
Can I return a Sale Item?
All Sale Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (unless faulty).
We do not accept returns for Sale Items. You can, however, exchange your item for a different size or design of the same value. Please chose carefully.
We are so sorry if the item you received was damaged or incorrect! Please contact our Customer Service Team so we can resolve this issue for you. All exchanges granted for faulty items will be issued when the item is returned and examined.
How do I return or exchange an Item?
Salt accepts all returns that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Any returns accepted outside of this time period may be subjected to a restocking fee.
NOTE: We do not reimburse any postage fees you may encounter while returning/exchanging your item. Please be aware of this before sending.
1) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange
2) We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel.
3) Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition and match the above criteria. We will not accept any items returned in a damaged way.
4) Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns or exchanges lost in transit. If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the Customer Service Team has not been in contact with you, please follow up by contacting: email@example.com
5) Once we have your returned item you will be issued with a full refund for the value of the item(s). In order to issue the refund, you must be in contact with our Customer Service Team via the appropriate email: firstname.lastname@example.org
6) If you are exchanging an item, we will be in touch with you to provide a new tracking number.
