- We will contact you if there is a problem within 24hours of receiving an order during Business Hours.
- You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched which will contain your tracked shipping number (if you have selected this option).
- Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address before you submit an order. We are not liable for wrong information given. Our shipping team completes orders when they are received and there will not be a chance to amend this. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund.
Tracking & Shipping Cost
We provide full tracking on domestic and international packages if the option is selected. Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment email. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

- New Zealand Tracked Express: 1-3 Business Days: $7.00
- International Standard: 3-12 Business Days: $14.00
- International Tracked Express: 2-5 Business Days: $19.95
Please note we are not liable for customs holding/clearance fees and in your country. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a NZD $20 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
